is a diverse group of amazing people that live in and around Phoenixville. Some are new to the area and struggling to build roots. Others have fallen upon difficult times due to sky rocketing housing prices and an uncertain job market. All are united in their strong family orientation and love for Phoenixville.

keith gallagher
President
Keith, created to know, love and serve the LORD and to be His faithful witness to the truth of the Gospel. Keith was led by the LORD in the 80’s to outreach service for the homeless in Philadelphia through Project HOME. After moving to Kimberton where he has resided since, Keith volunteered at a local women’s shelter providing various resources and services on/off for over 30 years. Drawn to children, Keith led a science club at a local school for 8 years and taught confirmation prep at a local church for 4. Within the last 3 years, Keith has been led in service to the local Latino community in Phoenixville, called to meet both temporal and spiritual needs. Keith has a B.S degree in Biology and oversees instrumentation compliance across North America for a local pharmaceutical company. United in marriage for 38 years to wife Eileen and blessed with three children and 4 grandchildren.
tim kutch
Tim is grateful for the unmerited blessings of the Lord and desires for others to experience the same. In the past Tim has been in student leadership positions for campus ministry, led short-term international youth missions trips, and has volunteer experience with food distribution programs. Tim has a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Villanova University, and is currently a product development scientist for a consumer healthcare company. Tim, Kathleen, and their two sons have lived in Phoenixville since 2017. They enjoy exploring the outdoors as well as strolling Bridge Street during the many open-air festivals of the warmer months.
kathleen kutch
Secretary
Kathleen has volunteered since 2013 teaching English to adult learners in the Phoenixville area and has been blessed by the relationships formed with her students. She has a B.S. in Spanish and Economics from Penn State University and a M.S. in Teaching English as a Second Language from West Chester University. In addition to teaching ESL, she has taught Spanish to middle and high school students. She currently works as a preschool teacher as well as a Spanish interpreter for two local school districts, providing her with countless opportunites to make connections within the community. She also enjoys teaching in the children’s program at her church as well as fostering a love for learning in her sons. Kathleen is incredibly grateful for the love and grace shown of Christ and hopes to offer others a glimpse of it through her service.
patrick gallagher
Patrick is passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ and service within His kingdom. In the past, Patrick has been in leadership positions within various evangelism and short-term inner-city mission programs, as well as volunteer experience with hospice care and food distribution organizations. Patrick has a B.S. in Biochemistry from Grove City College, an M.A. in Science and Religion from Biola University, and is currently responsible for Business Development at a pharmaceutical packaging company. Patrick, his wife, and his two daughters moved to Phoenixville three years ago and have fallen in love with the unique community!
