Kids’ Ministry Roles
Thank you for serving today! Look for your role below to get more information on how you can best operate.
teacher
-Prepare your lesson ahead of time, and deliver with joy, clarity, and conviction.
-Keep your objective clear and Christ central, but seek a meaningful connection with every student in every lesson! Know their names, seek to know their parents, and pray with them / for them.
-Partner meaningfully with your assistant - ask him / her to read, pray, lead an activity, or pull aside a struggling student to work one-on-one.
assistant

-Make sure each student has a check-in sticker
-Help kids line up, and help set up for the lesson; offer yourself to the teacher as an active help
-Be the last one to leave - stay to clean up, gather and return supplies, and make sure the classroom door is closed at the end of the lesson. Be sure to leave the room just as you found it.
