Officer Nominations

Why are we nominating officers after just installing new ones?

• Time for training, examination, and installation takes over one year.

• We want to stagger terms on the elder and deacon boards for continuity.

• Some current officers will be rotating off their boards in the coming year.

Some other information you might find helpful—

• The window for receiving nominations is November 2nd, 2025–March 1st, 2026.

• The session has put together nomination guides for elders and deacons. Please read through them to help you make your nomination choices.

• Officer terms are 3 years and limited to 2 terms (i.e., a total of 6 consecutive years of service).

• Currently, the session has 5 elders, and the diaconate board has 6 deacons.
