Hope Co. Coffee Team
First: Thank you so much for your service. The staff is praying that you are richly blessed through it!
Second: Before you begin tackling the items on this list, pray for what you are about to undertake, that God would use your service to bless others. You can pray for the people who will make coffee for today, the children who will enjoy their donuts, the opportunity to speak with customers about our partners in Tanzania, Hope Co, and how their purchase today directly impacts the lives of children and families in need in Kenya and Tanzania.

Refer to photos below for coffee station setup.
The right counter (facing Franklin Hall) is where we set up the register and donuts.
INVENTORY
If you are low on cups, lids, sleeves, plates, or paper towels - check the gray bin in the storage room.
If you are low on syrups, pumps, coffee beans - check the left cabinet (facing Franklin Hall).
If you checked the back stock location and we are still low on the item, please text Kelly Yodis so that she can place an order.
CLEAN UP
At the conclusion of service, head back to the coffee shop for teardown.
Use the kitchen sinks to clean coffee machines, accessories, and bakery box
IMPORTANT NOTE: we have access to the kitchen by the gracious generosity of the it’s owner. We are sharing this space with paying customers, who have sublet the kitchen for the Sunday mornings. Be a kind and considerate neighbor, by not getting in their way. (i.e. if they are actively using the sinks, we will wait until they are done.)
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Make sure doors
Left Counter (Coffee)
On the wall side of the Hall we need 7 rows of chairs, plus a row of 4 against the tree in the back corner. These rows are set at an angle towards the stage. Leave 3 feet of space between the wall and the first chair for people to walk.
Right Counter (Register)
The center section needs 12 rows. The first 7 rows have 12 chairs (3 chairs will be on the dance floor). The 8th row has 10 chairs, then two rows of 4-5 and one full row behind them. This is to go around the A/V equipment. (This arrangement often changes based on how AV has their camera table placed).
Storage Bin
We have a dedicated gray storage bin in the church storage room. This is where we keep our extra cups, lids, sleeves, paper towels, and paper plates.
The window side has 11 rows of 10 chairs (with 3 chairs on the dance floor). An aisle along the windows.
