BabyWorks:  Nursery ages 0-2

Providing oversight, care, and nurture for babies/toddlers. Playing CD’s and reading simple Bible stories.

When?  

During Sunday School:  9:00 am - 10:15am - Be ready to welcome/sign in children at 9:00 am. OR

During Worship Service:  10:15 am - 12:15 pm - Be ready to welcome/sign in children at 10:15 am.

How Often?

Once every 6 to 8 weeks

What is required?

A criminal background check (procured and paid for by the church - unless current documentation is supplied).

Physical ability to care for children and change diapers.

Training: Available to learn how to provide infant care.


TotWorks:  Ages 2-4

A class that allows children to interact with Bible stories and elements of the worship service using a more open method of learning through exploration and semi-structured time.

When?  

9:30am - Arrive and set up

10:00am - Be ready to welcome/sign in children

How Often?

Once every 6 to 8 weeks

What is required?

A criminal background check (procured and paid for by the church - unless current documentation is supplied).

Subscribe to the Apostles’ Creed and teaches in line with the Westminster or London Baptist Catechism.

The ability to work with children in a quiet, gentle and patient manner.

Training: Available to learn the Montessori method.


KidWorks:  Kindergarten - 2nd grade

A class with an emphasis on training children to begin to grow in their ability to focus, engage the scriptures, and to encounter God.

When?  

11:00 am - Class Starts at the 5 min break in the service

11:45 am - Return to the service with the children for communion

How Often?

Once every 6 -8 weeks  (assistants 2-4 times a year).

What’s required?

A criminal background check (procured and paid for by the church - unless current documentation is supplied).

Subscribe to the Apostles’ Creed and teaches in line with the Westminster or London Baptist Catechism.

Positions:

Lead Teacher - A propensity toward teaching and the ability to prepare lesson plans from provided curriculum.

Teacher’s Assistant - Ability to interact well with children

Training: Available to learn teaching and assisting skills.
